If you work on-site and you have lost your password for your current e-mail, you can do so by submitting a Zendesk Ticket to IT Support.
A member of the IT Team will reach out and prompt you to pick a new password for the account.
As a reminder, passwords must have the following:
• 8 - 20 characters
• 1 upper-case letter
• 1 lower-case letter
• 1 number
• 1 special character (ex: !@#$%)
