Each product page will show a product description, pricing information, and a Reference Library.  This library contains helpful links, implementation files, administrative references, and resident-facing communications.

Online Leasing Basic
Online Leasing allows residents to make payments locally, receive notifications on package deliveries, submit maintenance requests, 24/7, via the ActiveBuilding App or website, and pay on one integrated platform with all major payment options—credit, debit, checks, ACH, phone payments, and money orders and finally receive a  single itemized bill allows payment of both rent and utilities. 

The site must also have: OneSite Leasing & Rents; Screening and Payments to reserve and qualify for a unit

Online Leasing with eSignature
Online Leasing with e-Signature enables applicants to check pricing and availability, prequalify, reserve a unit, pay fees & deposit, and complete lease packages with an electronic signature, all online. The resident will enter their data online, the packet is created in Document Management. The resident is redirected to create a profile is created and then the resident pays and then signs the lease electronically.
