Electronic Compliance Reporting for OneSite Leasing & Rents Tax Credits provides the ability to produce the necessary unit status reports for compliance reporting to state agencies. The timeframe for the reports can be manipulated to fit your particular compliance period requirements. The proper XML or Excel output can be produced for those sites that require that file format for upload to their state agency’s online compliance tool. For XML reports, an Excel version of the report can also be generated to validate the data before submitting it to the state.
