Open Chrome and enter the web address for iDoc in your browser https://idoc6.realpage.com Download Chrome if you do not already have it. If you have trouble downloading the Chrome browser, please contact IT for assistance. We recommend creating an icon on your desktop or making it a favorite for easy access.
Enter your assigned username and password, in the format of first initiallastname@edgewood
Once you are logged in, you can change your password by clicking on your name in the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on “User Settings.” Go to the Account tab and click on the 'Change Password' button. Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters with at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 digit.
iDoc does not prompt you to change your password, but it is recommended that you change your password every 90 days.
